Our Story
"Can we have bees?"
When our daughter Libby asked, "Can we have bees?" — without hesitation, Stuart's answer was: "Yes, we can." What began as a simple Daddy-and-Daughter idea quickly became an adventure, and a chance to teach Libby that saying "yes we can" builds a mindset she can carry into anything.
Named in honour of Libby and her love of bees, Libbees Coffee Co was founded in Brighton in 2023 by Tammy and Stuart. Today we roast and supply coffee commercially, retail directly online, and serve a growing community of customers who connect with our story.
